  2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) must be provided.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at thesuperiorstand@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Superior Stand is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the above conditions.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item when you initiate the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
